FIGHT2THRIVE RESILIENCE PROGRAMME is a 6-week resilience-building programme that combines non-contact boxing with group discussions to help people manage pressure, build confidence, develop discipline, and apply life skills to everyday challenges.
Founded by Steven Ward (a former professional boxer, Commonwealth Games Medallist and youth worker). sessions take place everywhere; the programme comes to you! It creates a safe, trusting space to grow, go outside your comfort zone and have a safe place to release any emotion you have built up through the sport of boxing.
Core Topics in the Resilience Plan
Sessions build trust early, move into conversations on problem-solving and accountability, and end with reflections on physical, emotional, and mental growth. Participants learn to channel boxing's discipline into self-control, respect, and positive behaviour.
